The I Sistri Chardonnay is barrel fermented which adds aromas of vanilla and spice, it also undergoes “batonnage”, a Burgundian technique where they stir the lees to build a fuller, creamier texture in the wine. The wine is full-bodied and succulent with ripe tropical fruits balanced by the complexity from the oak influence.

Click & Collect

We are open from Monday to Thursday each week for take away and click and collect.

Phone lines open from 4pm on 0117 9730496.

Collection from 5-8pm. Please order by phone on the day or pre-order online using click and collect. The cut off time to order using click & collect is 3.30pm (otherwise call us from 4pm)
